  1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing, browsing or completing checkout on the CHIENLUXE official pet supply store website, you fully acknowledge, accept and agree to abide by all rules and provisions within these Terms of Service, our Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any clause in these terms, you are prohibited from using our website and placing orders for pet products.

Business Overview CHIENLUXE is the retail brand owned by REHOBOTH AURA LTD, specializing in premium pet daily supplies for dogs and cats, including adjustable elevated dog feeding stations, soft dog pajama onesies, indoor transparent pet playpens, breathable mesh pet travel carriers and pet daily living accessories. All products sold on our website are designed for domestic pet use only, not for commercial breeding kennel wholesale without prior written cooperation agreement.
  3. Account Registration Rules 3.1 You may browse product pages without registering an account, but account registration is required to complete checkout, save shipping addresses and track order history. 3.2 You warrant that all information submitted during account registration (name, email, delivery address, contact phone) is true, accurate and up-to-date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login email and password. All orders placed under your account are deemed authorized by you. 3.3 You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and complete purchases on our website, or you must place orders under the supervision of a legal adult guardian.

Order & Payment Rules 4.1 Product Pricing: All product prices displayed on our website are denominated in British Pounds (£), including base product cost; shipping fees are calculated separately at checkout based on delivery country, parcel weight and shipping method selected by the customer. All prices include applicable UK VAT for domestic UK orders; international cross-border orders may incur local import tax, customs duty or clearance fees, which are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. 4.2 Payment Processor: All checkout transactions are processed securely via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit/debit cards as payment methods. We do not accept cash, bank wire transfer, cryptocurrency or third-party offline payment methods. 4.3 Order Confirmation: After successful payment, an automated order confirmation email with unique order number, purchased pet product details and full payment amount will be sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 1 hour after payment, please check your spam/junk mailbox or contact our customer service team for order retrieval. 4.4 Order Cancellation: Customers may submit full order cancellation requests before the order enters warehouse packing and shipping processing stage, as detailed in our independent Return & Cancellation Policy. Once the parcel is dispatched from our fulfillment warehouse, order cancellation requests will no longer be accepted. 4.5 Price Error Protection: In the event of obvious typographical price errors on product pages (unreasonably low prices caused by system input mistakes), REHOBOTH AURA LTD reserves the full right to cancel all orders placed under the incorrect pricing, and we will issue a full 100% refund of all customer payments within 3 business days of order cancellation notification. We will contact affected customers via registered email to notify price error cancellation decisions.

Product Description & Pet Size Disclaimer We make every reasonable effort to accurately display product colors, dimensions, material composition and pet size guidance on all product pages, including breed-based size charts for dog pajamas, weight range recommendations for elevated feeding bowls and interior dimension specifications for pet playpens. However, slight color differences may occur due to individual computer monitor, mobile screen brightness and color calibration settings, and minor manual measurement errors (within ±1cm) of product dimensions are not considered product defects. All pet breed and weight size suggestions are reference guides only. Customers are fully responsible for measuring their own pet’s body size, height and weight before purchasing apparel, feeding stations or enclosures to avoid unsuitable sizing returns. We are not liable for ill-fitting pet products purchased due to customer failure to follow size chart guidance.

Intellectual Property Rights All content displayed on the CHIENLUXE website, including brand name CHIENLUXE, website graphic designs, pet product photography, product copywriting, size chart illustrations, navigation layout and logo marks, are the exclusive intellectual property owned by REHOBOTH AURA LTD. All rights are reserved. Customers are permitted to view, save and print website content solely for personal non-commercial shopping reference. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, commercial re-sale, screenshot reposting for commercial promotion or plagiarism of our website intellectual property content without our prior written authorization constitutes a serious copyright infringement violation, and we reserve all rights to pursue full legal compensation for all resulting economic losses.
  7. Prohibited User Conduct You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using our website:
  • Place fraudulent orders, use stolen payment card information, or conduct any payment fraud activities through Stripe checkout;
  • Hack, breach or attempt to bypass our website security, server database or SSL encryption protection systems;

  • Use automated bots, crawlers, scraping scripts to mass extract website product data, pricing or customer information without written consent;
  • Resell, redistribute or commercially utilize our purchased pet products for large-scale wholesale without formal brand distribution cooperation;
  • Violate any applicable United Kingdom consumer protection law, data protection regulation or international cross-border trade law.
  1. Limitation of Liability REHOBOTH AURA LTD, its directors, staff and logistics partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or purchased pet products, including but not limited to lost pet raising income, lost business profit, travel cost loss or emotional distress damages. Our total maximum aggregate liability for all customer claims of any kind shall never exceed the total monetary amount the customer paid to us for the relevant order that generated the dispute. We do not exclude or limit liability for death, personal physical injury caused by our negligent actions, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under UK consumer protection legislation.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law These Terms of Service and all customer purchase contracts formed via our website shall be governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom.
